Each squad shall be defined by age as follows:

Under 16s players who are under 16 and over 14 before 1st August
Under 15s players who are under 15 and over 13 before 1st August
Under 14s players who are under 14 and over 12 before 1st August
Under 13s players who are under 13 and over 11 before 1st September
Under 12s players who are under 12 and over 10 before 1st September
Under 11s players who are under 11 and over 10 before 1st September
Under 10s players who are under 10 on or before 31st August
Under 9s players who are under 9 on or before 31st August
Under 8s players who are under 8 on or before 31st August
Under 7s Players who are 6

All players shall observe the rules of the F.A. and those of the league in which they play, including officials and managers. This applies to ALL including friendly games and tournament competitions.

A guideline to maximum squad size will be 20, each squad to be dealt with separately.

No player who is not a member of the club shall play football unless it be on a trial basis, this being a period of four weeks.

Membership fees shall be paid by the 1 st July each year wherever practicable.

Only fully paid up members of the club shall be eligible for league registration.

Membership of the club does not guarantee team selection.

Any player joining the club shall pay half the membership fee if he/she joins after 31st December.

The committee will deal with any kind of financial hardship with regard to members, each to be dealt with on merit and to be treated with confidentiality.

Players shall be required to pay subscription fees as determined by the committee, including substitutes at a reduced rate, this includes league games, friendlies, tournament games and training sessions.

No squad shall have more than four players who live outside of a three-mile radius from Toton, any manager asking for more than four should make a request to the committee who will deal with each case separately and on merit.

All players should attend training wherever practicable, including any players outside of the three mile radius, any player living outside of this radius shall be expected to attend training at least once every four weeks if he/she cannot attend weekly.

The team manager and/or assistant shall have responsibility for his/her team, including training sessions and team selection on match days.

All club members, including officials of the club, shall pay their own fines resulting from bookings or sending-offs.

No player shall be approached for transfer except during the period Erom 31st May to 15th July; this must be done via the club secretary.

Any irregularities regarding any issue of registration and membership shall be dealt with by the committee.

Any member with any grievance should bring it to the attention of the committee at the earliest opportunity so as the matter can be resolved on an amicable and democratic basis.

Anyone with any grievance shall be afforded the opportunity to air his or her views in person to the committee. Following this procedure the decision of the committee shall be final.

The financial year shall begin on 1st April each year.

All monies received by the club sball be to the benefit of its members.

All monies belonging to the club shall be deposited into a bank account in the name of the club.

All property belonging to the club shall be entered onto an inventory and checked once a year.

Expenses incurred by committee members or managers shall be reimbursed

All kit and equipment is the property of the club. Kit should be returned immediately after a match and under no circumstances should it be worn when not taking pat in club activities.
