The title Of the club shall be TOTON TIGERS FOOTBALL CLUB.

The club colours shall be orange and black.

The club shall be fully affiliated to the Nottinghamshire F.A.

The main objective of the club is to provide football for young persons within the community, wherever practicable.

The club shall be governed by a committee, which shall comprise of a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer together with other elected members. All members of the committee shall be elected at an AGM; no changes will be made thereafter until the next AGM unless an EGM is requested by no fewer than two thirds of the committee.

Monthly meetings will be held and true and accurate minutes will be recorded and retained.

The financial details shall be recorded by the treasurer who shall keep up-to-date records. All accounts will be audited annually.

All players, members and officials will abide by the rules of the F.A. and the rules of the league in which they play.

Membership of the football club is dependent on the payment of an annual membership fee.

All players will form part of a squad, determined by their age.

Each squad shall have a manager and/or an assistant, both of whom shall be approved by the committee.

Toton Tigers Football Club fully endorses Equal Opportunities and its policy of 'Fairness to All'.

The club shall adopt the 'Code of Good Practice as set out for the FA. All members, players, coaches, spectators, club officials and any other persons connected with the club will have a copy of the code available. Any breach of the code will be handled by the club's Complaints Disciplinary Procedure committee.

The club shall follow the F.A. Child Protection Policy procedures and appoint a Child Protection Officer'. The designated person shall attend Protection Awareness workshops as required by the F.A.

The club committee shall have the power to expel a member when, in their opinion, it would not be in the interest of the club for them to remain a member. There shall be no appeal procedures. A member who resigns or is expelled shall not be entitled to claim any, or a share of any, of the club's property.

In the event of Toton Tigers Football Club disbanding, any assets remaining will be distributed to nominated charities by the closing committee.
